Our Employer Partners rely on Capital IDEA to help them fill their staffing needs with the best and brightest. Employers boast that Capital IDEA graduates are often the most committed, highest-skilled employees they have.
As a Capital IDEA Participant you have access to a specialized Placement Coordinator who will work with you to develop your resume and help you prepare for interviews. As graduation approaches, your Placement Coordinator will distribute your resume to Employers and arrange for interviews. With the assistance of a Placement Coordinator, Capital IDEA Participants have an edge over other applicants.
Post-Graduation Support
Just because you graduate and find a great job doesn’t mean you’re forgotten. Capital IDEA will continue to support you for up to two years after graduation, checking in to see how you are doing in your new career and in your new life!
