Capital IDEA acts as a bridge among area employers, educational institutions, community and business leaders, participants, graduates and others. We offer opportunities to develop and cultivate partnerships that will better the community and the area economy. Additionally, we work closely with our Alumni Association to help them develop and cultivate community involvement opportunities for their members, as well as offering resource referrals for current and past participants to give back to their communities.
One example of the many programs we collaborate on is the Teacher Pipeline Project.
